If you have any questions after you receive your item, please email our customer service team at: support@melidress.zendesk.com 

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:

  • The customer who isn't satisfied with our products, please contact us by email support@melidress.zendesk.com within 30 days to make application of return since you sign for your goods. Overdue, this item is not available.

  • Please send us your order number and describe the issue in detail. Please provide us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return for our reference.

  • In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. Do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.

 

II Return Policy 

  • You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We are always here to serve you. All you need to do is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number.

  • Please make sure Merchandise is unused. Items should not be worn out nor washed and the label should be attached.

  • After your return request has been confirmed, the return address will be given to you to send back the items.

  • If your item is missing, or you have received a defective or damaged item, a wrong size or a wrong product, please contact us. We will fix it for you after the issue is confirmed.

  • If buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or does like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return once we receive all information in point. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.

  • No exchange or return on promotional items or items on sale.

 

III Exchange & Refund

  • You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund or once we receive your returned items.

Melidress is not liable for shipping fee under the following:

  • Size doesn’t fit.

  • Customer’s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
